Excellent People, Below Average Process The Internet Sales Manager is the #1 reason why we bought our car from Jim Ellis. If I had not liked Gwen so much, I would have left after waiting 20 The Internet Sales Manager is the #1 reason why we bought our car from Jim Ellis. If I had not liked Gwen so much, I would have left after waiting 20 minutes with NO help from anyone. I took it upon myself to find someone to complain to and then waited another 15 minutes before being introduced to Barry. The good news - Jim Ellis hires EXCELLENT people. Barry was just as pleasant as Gwen. He was thorough, customer-focused and made me feel like he was committed to helping me get the deal that I wanted. I also had a pleasant experience with the Finance manager, Michael Mills. If I was rating the dealership on people alone, I would give them 5 stars. However, we spent close to SIX hours buying our car, even though we walked in knowing the exact model, color and packages we wanted. The vast majority of our time was spent waiting. There was so much time waste in the process that I can't rate the overall experience above Average. More
