I purchased what was suppose to be a new GMC Sierra Denali that without disclosing to me prior to my purchase had been used as a new car loaner. When I got the vehicle home I went to sync my phone to the vehicle and found another individuals name and phone had already been synced. I then call that individual to ask why his number was synced to my truck and he told me that Jim Ellis had given him the vehicle as a loaner for over a week. My first question is how can they sell a vehicle as new if it had been used as a dealership loaner without disclosing that information to the buyer? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, ANY DEALERSHIP! More
