Hassle Free My overall review was a good one. The concern I have is that I had to ask for the First Responders Discount. I was not offered it by my salesman. My overall review was a good one. I was made aware of the discount by another salesman at a another dealership texting me an offer on the same vehicle while waiting on a counter offer. I do wonder why I had to ask for the discount, since my salesman knew I was a retired Frirst Responder. I would have rated my experience 5 stars if I had been offered the discount. More

Poor Customer Service I was celebrating my 35th anniversary (of which purchasing the car was a part), but unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle prepared for delivery I was celebrating my 35th anniversary (of which purchasing the car was a part), but unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle prepared for delivery at the time promised. Also, as an out-of-state buyer, I was overcharged on my sales tax. I'm still waiting on my check, and whenever you call the dealership, it is sad that no one seems to be able to handle business if one key person is out. I'm really enjoying my vehicle, but I'm sorely disappointed in the lack of true customer service. More
