It was okay There were definitely some communication problems, from what I can gather. I am unsure as to when the service was completed but I was never called or texted. When I did call at 2:45 PM I did not receive a call back. Called again at 3:25 only to be told that my car was indeed done and I had 30 minutes to get there and pick it up. There was no way to do that since I live about 35 minutes away. The young woman who took my call did go the extra mile and made sure my keys were left with the sales front desk for me to Uber down and pick it up before 6 PM that day. She told me my service was complete and nothing was owed. Turns out I did still have a bill for installation which Cortez did discount it about $30 and it was paid on the Tuesday after pick up. I received a text the next Monday asking when I would be picking up my car, which of course I had but it was explained to me my bill was still at the service counter and with the impending construction, they were making sure the lot was as clear as possible. Anyway, I was not getting texts when I needed them and then getting unnecessary texts after all was completed. Not as smooth as my first visit for sure. More

Overall bad experience, either SCAMMED or just bad training My experience with this dealership pertains to me buying a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra in November 2018. I spoke with multiple people over the phone dur My experience with this dealership pertains to me buying a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra in November 2018. I spoke with multiple people over the phone during this transaction and bought an onyx black sierra. The truck has been great and I have no complaints there. I had 2 issues with the actual agreements. They agreed to place the all weather liners in the truck and when it was delivered to my house they were not in there and i had to drive an hour to the dealership to get them and then they tried to give me the cheaper mats than the ones we agreed to. We eventually got this figured out after having to drive back down there again to get the right ones since they had to ordered. The bigger issue is with their costco 500$ deal. When i was buying the truck they asked do you have a costco membership and i said yes. They said well you get 500$ off and never asked for anything else. Either they tried to scam me or were not trained well enough to inform me of the requirements and ask for membership information. So now 2 months later they have called back saying costco is not going to reimburse them for the 500$ and are going to bill me. This is ridiculous that they are trying to get 500$ out of me due to their mistakes or inadequate training. Honestly I think they will do anything and say anything they can to get a sale and then deal with the aftermath. My recommendation is to stay away from any Jim Ellis dealership in Atlanta cause my father bought a brand new 2018 GMC Sierra from the Mall of Georgia location and they promised him 2 free oil changes and said they would clean it and fill up the tank twice and they only followed on the oil change. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle from somewhere else and stay away from these people. More
Where everybody knows your face I'm Lynn Daniel. When I rolled into the repair shop with my 2014 Enclave Randy Stephenson happened to be there and opened my door. I hugged him and I'm Lynn Daniel. When I rolled into the repair shop with my 2014 Enclave Randy Stephenson happened to be there and opened my door. I hugged him and told him I needed help with a new car plus trading the 2014. Vladamir advised me about my car and they would take care of it. Randy and I proceeded to get information for the new car while Jeovani headed to Jim Ellis. We discussed the package options and made a plan. Quickly the car was found and the features described to me and paperwork prepared. We now have the 2018 Enclave home and I'm working on learning all the features. Thank you very much for all the help. Thank you to Brittany for the technology help too. More
