Not that happy Ricardo and Anthony was great. But Michael Mills suck. First he gave me high interest rate. of 6.85 with a 785 credit score. He told me that what GM Ricardo and Anthony was great. They told me they just approved me the dealership set the interest rate. Second I wanted to cancel my gap, extended warranty and a joke product they call Allstate paint and fabric. Fyi never buy that. But Michael would never return my calls. the only person that would was Anthony the sale manager. If they only new I buy a car every 2 years. And I own 3 GM vehicles now. I will never buy at Jim Ellis again. I bought my truck in the early part of October. still waiting on over 4k of my money and it is December. More

I thought paying cash for a truck would make the transaction simple and easy but it seems to not make any difference and didn’t prevent me from spending most of my day there trying to make a purchase. I couldn’t be any happier with my truck but I’ll think twice about returning in the future or recommending this dealership to my friends. More
