They told me they just approved me the dealership set the interest rate. Second I wanted to cancel my gap, extended warranty and a joke product they call Allstate paint and fabric. Fyi never buy that. But Michael would never return my calls. the only person that would was Anthony the sale manager. If they only new I buy a car every 2 years. And I own 3 GM vehicles now. I will never buy at Jim Ellis again. I bought my truck in the early part of October. still waiting on over 4k of my money and it is December. More
