Service was good once someone actually helped me. After reviewing your website, an "online" person called me and I told her which vehicles I was interested in. Once I arrived at the dealership, it ap After reviewing your website, an "online" person called me and I told her which vehicles I was interested in. Once I arrived at the dealership, it appeared they were not expecting me and it took quite a while for someone to actually help me. Almost seemed like it was a bother for me to be there and I almost left to go to another dealership. It took a long time to actually get the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Once John was helping me it was a good experience as far as test driving and purchasing the vehicle. So I enjoyed working with John and he did a great job reviewing the vehicle with me once I decided on my purchase. Working with Michael on the financing was easy and painless, which was great. He does a great job as well. However, the entire process of purchasing and financing took way too long. I was at the dealership for about 5 hours. I would probably recommend a dealership where the vehicles were all on the lot and easy to access. More
