Issue not fixed Dropped truck off for noise in steering wheel. They stated needed a part replaced. Day later noise was back and continues to get worse. He is easy to communicate with, customer oriented, helpful with any concerns, questions and friendly and responsive to returning calls in a timely manner. Service was good once someone actually helped me. After reviewing your website, an "online" person called me and I told her which vehicles I was interested in. Once I arrived at the dealership, it ap After reviewing your website, an "online" person called me and I told her which vehicles I was interested in. Once I arrived at the dealership, it appeared they were not expecting me and it took quite a while for someone to actually help me. Almost seemed like it was a bother for me to be there and I almost left to go to another dealership. It took a long time to actually get the vehicles that I wanted to test drive. Once John was helping me it was a good experience as far as test driving and purchasing the vehicle. So I enjoyed working with John and he did a great job reviewing the vehicle with me once I decided on my purchase. Working with Michael on the financing was easy and painless, which was great. He does a great job as well. However, the entire process of purchasing and financing took way too long. I was at the dealership for about 5 hours. I would probably recommend a dealership where the vehicles were all on the lot and easy to access. More
