They had my car so long that there was a layer of mold all over the interior of my car.. They even wanted to charge me to replace the air system because it molded while the car just sat there waiting on a 3rd party to check it out. I to ask them to see if my insurance would add the cost to their claim..... they said if I wanted to they would call but it was a waste of time. The insurance did pay for it. More

Look at your deal before you sign Let me start by saying I did receive the deal I was seeking, however I did have to play the "game" and it started with my pre approved offer from Cap Let me start by saying I did receive the deal I was seeking, however I did have to play the "game" and it started with my pre approved offer from Capitol One. When I spoke with the salesman he was friendly and "checked" with the finance manager and told me they could do my deal and presented me with a document saying all I needed to do was sign. It was not even close to the amount I proposed and had many other added charges. I did not sign and then Samuel said Oh I did not even compare them. Said the problem was Capitol One did not approve my amount which was a total lie as I was well under ~10K of my limit. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. Once again he went to see the finance office and they agreed to my deal after I provided them with my corporate ID. I arrived a few minutes later than my ETA on the day of delivery and had to wait while it was recleaned, (There was 2 days between last visit) The front desk lady did not greet me and was a bit pointed when I asked for Sam when I arrived, asking if I had an appointment. Not knowing the Finance Manager was also named Sam, when he came out he was very friendly and nice and even sweetened the deal by letting me know that GM could finance at a lower APR and it would give an additional $500 off. I must say that Sam (in Finance) was the most friendly, profession individual there. The delivery process was OK, but felt like an inconvenience. More

Jim Ellis Chevrolet was booked solid but they called over to Jim Ellis GMC and they were able to get me in. My service advisor was expecting me and had me out of there in less than an hour. It is an excellent and very comfortable environment, far nicer than Jim Ellis Chevrolet (sorry about that Chevy!). Also, Jim Ellis tire prices are extremely competitive, even better than Costco! I would definitely choose to go back here for all of my Tahoe service. More

I was appreciative they could get me in with COVID going on, but your commercials advertise the white glove detail for new customers and I'm a faithful returning customer. I'd just like to see a little more attention to the details like getting my vehicle back completely clean/detailed. It's the small things that stand out. Thanks and stay safe! More
This experience was normal. Overall service at Jim Ellis GMC, Atlanta has been good. Wish there was a loaner program available. Living the distance makes it inconvenient to use shuttle service.
