John had to go a bit out of his way to get the car, happened to bring up exactly the color and trim level I was most interested in, and after we liked the test drive, offered to work up numbers including Black Friday special pricing. Turned out to be such a great deal that we decided we couldn't pass it up. Very no-pressure process -- John gave us the info and let us make the decision. Michael Mills had to deal with problems for both the credit systems and the state DMV systems, but he kept us informed about the status and then quickly handled everything once the systems were back online. Long waits and impersonal We purchased our 2016 Buick Enclave from Jim Ellis and have been disappointed every time we take it in for service. The service area is always way to We purchased our 2016 Buick Enclave from Jim Ellis and have been disappointed every time we take it in for service. The service area is always way too busy, long lines ,and always arguing amongst employees in front of customers. Employees seem stressed out and unhappy. Repairs are expensive and customer service is poor. On my recent visit, nobody called to tell us how much our repairs would cost. I had to call and authorize repairs, which included lots of Unexpected items I felt we didn’t really need such as new wipers, brake pads etc,, and all seemed way overpriced.. I reluctantly agreed. Then, nobody called tell me our car was ready, so we assumed it wasn’t. After a few days, I called and they told me it was ready! Ugh!. When I picked it up, it had not been washed or vacuumed which really should be part of the service especially given how long they had kept it and the price of the service. I will add Chevy dealership next door is much better, our other car is a Volt and they do a great job! More
