For just what they did which was a oil change and filter and check and fill fluids. The price is to high and plan to use another reliable dealer or oil change specialist. extremely long transaction Showed up on a Saturday Morning at 10 am wanting a 2019 Yukon 4x4. It took 50 minutes for the salesperson to find the vehicle and bring it to me to l Showed up on a Saturday Morning at 10 am wanting a 2019 Yukon 4x4. It took 50 minutes for the salesperson to find the vehicle and bring it to me to look at. Price negotiation went fast by 11am i was ready to write the check. It was a cash deal. Waited 2 hrs at the GMC dealership to do the paperwork, then was told to go up to the Chevy dealership to do the paperwork then waited at the Chevy dealership for 45 min and finished at 2pm. I had to walk back to the GMC dealership in the cold and rain to get the Yukon. At delivery they only had 1 key fob, the vehicle was not detailed and the vehicle had an urgent recall. Jim Ellis isn't close to where I live, I only went there because they had the vehicle I wanted. Coming back for the key and a recall is very inconvenient because I live in Gainesville Ga. I just can't believe it should take 3 hrs to write a check. More

Assault by Battery I had to return to have them finish connecting my truck battery which screwed up the truck computer.
