I'm a little hesitant to give a good rating for this reason. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. That was fine, no problems. Then the service advisor came into the waiting area and suggeste reason. I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. That was fine, no problems. Then the service advisor came into the waiting area and suggested that I replace two air filters. One was the engine filter and the other was a cabin filter. He said that it needed to be done. I wasn't sure about it but agreed to do it. I came home and looked in my owners manual after talking to my husband to find that it was not time for either one. My car had a little less than 15,000 miles on it when I came in. So now I feel like I cannot trust the service advisors here anymore. Very disappointed, Brenda Squires More

If you are buying from out of state, you shouldn’t have to pay doc fees. I gave them my insurance information the day I bought the car and 40 days later I still didn’t have my tags. I contacted them and they said they didn’t have my insurance info. Which is xxxxxxxx, because they wouldn’t let me leave without providing it. they never contacted me and let me know they didn’t have the insurance info, I had to reach out to them to find out why they hadn’t submitted it. If I had never reached out to them I would have never got my tags. So don’t pay them to do something, because once they have your money you don’t matter. It’s a rip off. Hope to get my tags in a couple of months. I would not recommend this stealership to anyone, they are obviously only after your money. More

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. No one responded the last time, so there will not be another next time for me. I don't have to drive 35 minutes to get an oil change. I have been doing it for 1.5 years because I bought the car there .I will find someone closer who will respect and take care of my car. More
