It took 6 months to fix the car. Not sure whether it was GM or Jim Ellis but I’m leaning towards GM. I set my appointment up for Friday, the 31st at 2pm. It was crowded at the service facility that afternoon, but everyone was exceedingly helpful and courteous. They told me it would probably take a couple of hours. I didn't mind the wait. Had some excellent coffee and watched TV in their customer lounge. It took exactly 2hrs and 17 minutes to get the car back, but it was beautiful. It was my wife's car, but unfortunately she passed away a week before her "baby" went for service. I now need to sell the car and it only has 3200 miles on odometer. Thank you Jim Ellis Buick for everything you did to make my car so beautiful. Took lots of pictures as my son wants to put car on Google Marketplace. More
