Truly concerned, took care of me I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis Buford, and within a week the brakes had gone out on me. I was upset and thought I had been duped, so I had tr I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis Buford, and within a week the brakes had gone out on me. I was upset and thought I had been duped, so I had trepidation in starting the process to get the truck fixed and inspected. Alan Cavell, who sold me the truck, was truly concerned and took control of the situation. He got me in the service department where Sean Garrett and his team did a great job repairing the truck providing great service. Along with the brake work, they reinspected the truck, which gave me peace of mind. The treatment I was given at Jim Ellis Buford was exceptional. Alan and Sean's action to resolve my issue gave me the trust and confidence I had going into Jim Ellis initially to find a truck. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a great one. The staff members were helpful, courteous, pro-active and patient throughout the entire process and I am very appreciative. Every inquiry was answered with integrity and change was made without hesitation or acted upon. This automobile dealership provides top customer service in light of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
