We told Cappy we weren't going to buy that day but just wanted to take a look at the two cars. Knowing he wasn't going to make a sale that day, he spent almost an hour talking to us and showing us what cars he had onsite. We decided on the Avenir and found the car we wanted at another Jim Ellis location. We felt so comfortable with Cappy that we had the car delivered to him so we could deal with him for the closing. He is a true professional and treats his customers with respect and courtesy. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and takes the time to explain all the features in the car. I was charged $15 to replace battery in key fob. I was told that I was not going to get charged to do that before the service.
