It was either a Buick Enclave Avenir or another GMC Acadia Denali. We went into Jim Ellis MOG just to look at both cars. We told Cappy we weren't going to buy that day but just wanted to take a look at the two cars. Knowing he wasn't going to make a sale that day, he spent almost an hour talking to us and showing us what cars he had onsite. We decided on the Avenir and found the car we wanted at another Jim Ellis location. We felt so comfortable with Cappy that we had the car delivered to him so we could deal with him for the closing. He is a true professional and treats his customers with respect and courtesy. He is extremely knowledgeable about his products and takes the time to explain all the features in the car. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the sale. I highly recommend buying from Jim Ellis and most of all Cappy as an outstanding sales consultant. More

I was charged $15 to replace battery in key fob. I was told that I was not going to get charged to do that before the service. I noticed the charge after I had left the facility and review the paperwork, told that I was not going to get charged to do that before the service. Extended warranty work David worked very hard to get warranty work approved. It was an intermittent problem that, of course, wouldn't present itself for the service techs. I drove in the next day and showed David so he could record the issue and he was able to get it covered and have them waive the deductible since I had just paid it for another issue they found. More
