Great Used Car Purchase Experience I received great customer service from sales rep Steve Eason from the moment I called expressing an interest in a couple of the dealership's used cars I received great customer service from sales rep Steve Eason from the moment I called expressing an interest in a couple of the dealership's used cars. It turns out that only one of the 2 had all the features I wanted, and Steve provided me details over the phone until I was able to get in for a test drive. I enjoyed meeting Steve in person. He's personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about cars. He even called and came into the dealership on his day off to be sure he was available when I wanted to meet. We negotiated a deal that I'm pleased with, and when I arrived to buy the car, it was parked right in front, shiny and clean, and ready to go! Slightly helpful but not wanting to have a customer for life I called the dealership in which I bought my vehicle from several years ago to inquire about any warranty updates or recalls that could have been done I called the dealership in which I bought my vehicle from several years ago to inquire about any warranty updates or recalls that could have been done now having issues with my car. And instead of looking up any sort of contact number for General Motors or at the very least willing to look at my car for free I was told quote on quote sorry there's nothing I can do. Therefore I will not be nor anybody in my family returning to the gym Ellis family dealerships whether I be a one-time customer or a lifetime customer that's not what you tell people. More
