Truly concerned, took care of me I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis Buford, and within a week the brakes had gone out on me. I was upset and thought I had been duped, so I had tr I purchased a used truck from Jim Ellis Buford, and within a week the brakes had gone out on me. I was upset and thought I had been duped, so I had trepidation in starting the process to get the truck fixed and inspected. Alan Cavell, who sold me the truck, was truly concerned and took control of the situation. He got me in the service department where Sean Garrett and his team did a great job repairing the truck providing great service. Along with the brake work, they reinspected the truck, which gave me peace of mind. The treatment I was given at Jim Ellis Buford was exceptional. Alan and Sean's action to resolve my issue gave me the trust and confidence I had going into Jim Ellis initially to find a truck. What could have been a bad experience turned out to be a great one. More

Friendly My Service Adviser kept me informed through the whole process. GMC is a cheap outfit. There's always nickel dime cost. I like the people at Jim Ellis, but your service work is priced out of line. Your estimate for engine and cabin filter. Plus MAS cleaning $300!
