Tire Problem Service department found a faulty plug in the left front tire causing it to lose air pressure. Had made an appointment, arrived early, still had to wait two hours to change one tire. Being a GM executive retiree I always try to utilize a dealer for service. Bought the tire from dealer but had to pay over $35.00 premium compared to Costco for same tire. Expected to pay a little premium but $35.00 is more than expected. More

excellent service took my van in with serious vibration in the power steering and brakes. the hydro boost and steering pump and a few lines had to be replaced. it too took my van in with serious vibration in the power steering and brakes. the hydro boost and steering pump and a few lines had to be replaced. it took a few days longer than we thought, but tate was able to help me a little with the cost. we have been going there for service since they opened and will continue to do so. My 1st experience at Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of GA Sean Garrett the service center manager was very helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and come to a amicable compromise. Sean Garrett the service center manager was very helpful. I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me and come to a amicable compromise. Scott was the tech. who worked on my 2015 Buick Enclave. Jerry was my service rep. Only complaints were that I had an eleven O'clock appointment scheduled but they weren't able to get someone to begin working on my vehicle until almost 3:00 pm and Jerry wasn't very upfront with me about the service being preformed. I came in sharing my vehicles (amplifier) problem with him and inquiring about whether or not it was an item covered by the manufacturer. Long story short I paid good money to have him tell me something I already new the answer to. Jerry did offer to have my car washed after the fact even though the letter from management regarding COVID-19 posted on the glass door stated that vacuum and a wash was complimentary. More
