Long time there and rep never communicated to me the status I took my truck in because the mirrors were not folding as they should every time. They added another issue David found (radio not turning off) that I took my truck in because the mirrors were not folding as they should every time. They added another issue David found (radio not turning off) that I didn't realize was an issue. After 2 hours, I went to check on my truck and found they had to take it back again to address the radio, but the mirrors wasn't showing the problem so they couldn't do anything with that. David never came to explain the status of my truck during the 2 hours. Each time I went to him. I walked over again after 2 hrs 15 min and he said he had to get the paper work together and I could go. That didn't happen. I had to walk over again and David said would help me after he finished up with another customer. Waited more and again, he never came to me with paperwork. I went to the other service rep to see if they could get me out of there since David was too busy and all of a sudden David gave the paper work to his co worker. I checked out and walked out with original rep only to find my keys were missing. He went back in to look for and after 2 tries, found them after another 10 minutes. This was a frustrating visit and the mirror issue is most likely still a problem. 2 1/2 hours for a radio issue repair that I wasn't aware of. More
