2017 Yukon Denali 2nd service The Service Consultant did fine on the front end of the appointment. I saw the vehicle being returned so I went out to the Consultants' stations. The tech brought the keys and invoice in and placed them on Chris's desk; he was nowhere around. I stood there ten minutes and none of the other five Consultants offered to assist me although it was obvious I was waiting for help. I finally had to ask one of them to get me my keys so I could leave. At that point Chris reappeared. More

Fantastic. Spoke with Aaron and David arranging to drop my Denali Yukon off after hours for an oil leak. Outstanding Customer Service My Buick Lacrosse failed the Emission testing 3 times due to a repair that needed to be done. I was very disappointed with the prior service I had re My Buick Lacrosse failed the Emission testing 3 times due to a repair that needed to be done. I was very disappointed with the prior service I had received. I asked to speak to the manager, Ron Gay, he immediately took ownership of the service maintenance for my vehicle. Ron communicated daily with me, so I knew exactly what was going on with my Buick. He didn't stop until my car was repaired and passed the Emission testing. My husband and I are very happy with the service Ron gave to us. We're still talking about Ron today. Customer service was Outstanding. Thanks Ron! More
Shift knob repair & warped front rotors I brought my Buick Enclave in to get the lower part of the shift knob repaired under warranty. Parts had to be ordered and then I made an appointment I brought my Buick Enclave in to get the lower part of the shift knob repaired under warranty. Parts had to be ordered and then I made an appointment for the repair once the part arrived. Sean Garrett took great care of me and arranged for transportation for me to go the mall and for my return. He also explained that the rotors were covered under warranty so he had them cut to eliminate a vibration while under braking. Sean is a car guy and as such is a great point of contact and represents the dealership with utmost professionalism. He could easily fill the role of service manager. More
