I was a little disappointed in the customer service, it took 10 days to complete the work and the only communication was the communication I initiated, no courtesy vehicle offered, now my oil change indica took 10 days to complete the work and the only communication was the communication I initiated, no courtesy vehicle offered, now my oil change indicator is on after I requested an oil change...they forgot to reset ..now I hVe to take it back to the dealership for them to reset. I was taking my car in to get a recall fixed they were very quick about getting the parts and then getting me in and out the same day within about 2 hours. It took from 1:39 to 7:00 to replace a battery and change the oil. The excuse was they couldn’t get a code for the battery. I think after 2 hours management should have stepped up and allowed me to be on my the oil. The excuse was they couldn’t get a code for the battery. My suggestion is that you need to update your equipment and train or hire more capable technicians. I dread my next oil change, and it is highly unlikely that I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
