Took three days on schedule appointment. I paid three days of lodging with no compensation. Over two years I have paid over 12k for the same problem. Follow up from the service tech and clearly communicating service expectations. When I brought the issue directly the tech did not show interest to resolve and still has not returned a call yet. I brought in my Volt for two problems. One was not found but a plausible explanation was offered. The other complaint was misunderstood so, therefore, not actually addressed.
