We had a mixed experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Everyone was very kind and accommodating, especially in person, we found a great car at a great price. However, there were some minor issues that needed follow up and anytime we had to talk over the phone there seemed to be miscommunications and cases of overpromising and underdelivering. Our agent, Evan, was amazing and great to work with. Responsive, respectful, and helpful. Hopefully ours was an isolated experience because everything seemed great at first, then we had some issues and now everything has been resolved in a good, professional manner. More
I was not told when I made the appointment that you were running 2 to 3 days behind. Truck was delivered the morning of day3. My dealership visit took 3 and a half hours. I had a schedule appointment for a standard oil change. I was told by my rep. That the department was backed up and the oil change process was going I had a schedule appointment for a standard oil change. I was told by my rep. That the department was backed up and the oil change process was going to take longer than normal. It’s very important that when a customer has a scheduled appointment that they should be seen at least within 30 mins upon arriving for the appointment. Waiting longer than 30 mins. For your car to be taken into the proper area for service to be performed Is unacceptable. The wait time should never be over an hour and a half for a standard oil change. More
