I was greeted timely for my scheduled appointment. I watched the screen on the progress of my service and seen the recommendation for a alignment. No response so I walked to the desk. I was told Someone would check since my Advisor was out to lunch. I was given the price and agreed to receive the service. If you text you should respond. If your going to lunch give Someone else the responsibility to respond. I was there an extra hour due to no communication. More
