Worst customer service experience I've had since moving to GA. I had a service contract with Zurich and told that I couldn't use it. Not anymore. All business. My two advisors have been there when your place was family oriented and I did appreciate both fellows. My advisor Vladimir is always very helpful and worked with me first week then went on vacation and made sure I had Luis for my second weeks appt. These two men are assets to Jim Ellis. They are the two men I can trust to help me. Your Manager did get me your former Driver to take me home so I did not have to wait there the whole day for my car. Hoping you can correct these two problems. You need a Driver and to not charge an extra fee for credit cards. We are on fixed incomes. More
