He then spent time with us after the purchase helping set up all the Android Auto features and helping us figure them out! He has continued to follow up to offer more assistance as we try to master that part! Really, when we returned a few days after the purchase, it felt like going to a second home. Everyone there seems to be totally focused on an excellent customer experience. More

As with most people, I was skeptical that the car was actually as advertised and that they would try to upsell me. Lou and the team were nothing like that! They were so nice and took a lot of time with me in looking at the car, test driving it and discussing a purchase. They gave me Carfax without having to ask for it. When it came time to do the paperwork, they did make me aware of optional coverage, etc, but there was no surprises or drama. Overall - an exceptional experience! I would recommend them to everyone. Joe quickly established credibility by simply doing what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it. My wife and I felt as though he really just wanted us to be satisfied and that putting us in the car would be short sighted. What a concept! The other thing we valued was his knowledge of the product line. it was like having a tech specialist in the car with us. I will tell people to look at Jim Ellis and ask for Joe when they are looking for a car regardless of where they live. Allen More
