I had a rocky start to my new car experience because of a couple employees in response to car issues, but Mike in service, Wesley Ellis and Don Wood c I had a rocky start to my new car experience because of a couple employees in response to car issues, but Mike in service, Wesley Ellis and Don Wood changed all that around and were enormously helpful and accommodating. Don was more like a knowledgeable friend than a car salesman, kind, patient and never pushy. I am impressed with how Mr. Ellis runs his business. I will definitely be recommending Don Wood and Mike Ennis at Jim Ellis. (My rating is based on my experience dealing with Mr. Ellis and Wood.) More

You really can have a great car-buying experience! We came into Jim Ellis Hyundai with our daughter to buy a used car. This was not our first rodeo by a long shot, but it was her first "dealer" car. She knew exactly what she wanted: 2015 Hyundai Genesis-- and she already had financing; but she still needed to find "the one." Our salesperson was Lucian Brener. He could not have been more patient in showing us car after car, knowledgeable in the Hyundai Brand and features of the car or accessible if we had questions and needed to call. Within the week he helped her find "the one" that made her heart go pitter-patter, but not throw her into buyer's remorse after signing on the dotted line. We could not consider going to another Hyundai dealership after this experience. More
Love my new Hyundai Santa Fe! My 2008 VW Passat was recently totaled so I was in need of a new car. I test drove a bunch of compact and mid-size SUV's and after a few days of searc My 2008 VW Passat was recently totaled so I was in need of a new car. I test drove a bunch of compact and mid-size SUV's and after a few days of searching I was starting to feel pretty discouraged. Last week, I decided to give it one last try. I got on my computer, put in my wishlist (which my husband referred to as a "Unicorn Car"), hit search and there it was - a certified 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe with all the features I was looking for in my price range. I called up the dealership and setup an appointment to do the test drive. I initially was paired up with Marty Adelman but he was actually working with another customer when I got there so Daimein Soloman and I did the test drive together. Working with Daimein was great! He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. During the process, Marty, who was sitting nearby, checked in with me as well. When it came time to do the finance portion of it, Hau-B was there to answer all my questions and assure me I was getting the best rate with Jim Ellis. Being the stubborn Capricorn I am, I of course called another bank to see if I could get lower rate but Jim Ellis had their rate beat by 1 1/2 points which I was pretty impressed by. Naturally, making a large purchase is nerve wracking, even if you are in love with the item being purchased but at the end of the day, the offer was too good for me to pass up! I got my "Unicorn Car", a Certified Hyundai Santa Fe SE Ultimate with less than 14,000 miles that had all the bells and whistles (heated and cooled seats, panoramic roof, blind spot detection, leather seats, etc) at a price that was $4000 lower than the best price I could find online.
