I had a bad past experience but this interaction was quality- love the texting updates and appreciated the quick diagnosis. I won’t use their recommended tow company tho- there are cheaper ones out ther quality- love the texting updates and appreciated the quick diagnosis. I took my car to Kia for an oil change and 19 days later my car had a oil leak and my oil was low and black I had to take my car back twice and I was told I had to drive my car 500 miles than bring it back my car had a oil leak and my oil was low and black I had to take my car back twice and I was told I had to drive my car 500 miles than bring it back I had to take it back the next day after they looked at it and then they tells me I have to pay $437 and I know for a fact they messed my car UP ……..
