Nice guys. Kias are trash. Stop selling them. Mine had engine failure and Kia told me to kick rocks. I’m glad I was able to afford a new car but there are some Kias are trash. Stop selling them. This dealership the worst customer service of any dealership I’ve ever purchased a new vehicle with. Everyone is nice pre-purchase and completely disregard customers after purchase. Do yourself a favor and head over to Ed Voyles for actual customer service. After purchasing a new car yesterday, 07/24, I still do not have possession of my car. I inquired about a part issue with Ed Voyles, since Jim Ellis Kia cannot be trusted at this point. The level of service was night and day. Read further for specific details. Strike 1 - Jarod (sales) had my credit ran for a car that was already actively being sold to another couple sitting right next to me for HOURS. There was no way he wasn't aware. Strike 2 - Jarod (sales) offered to pull the same car (maybe a different color) from another lot for the same price, then proceeds to inflate the cost of the car another $1500. Strike 3 - Jarod (sales) says it'll take him 1 - 1.5 hrs to be back to the dealership with the car. As of this review, it is the following afternoon and I STILL don't have my car. Strike 4 - I recalled to Jarod (sales) about the missing cargo floor (OEM part # 85715 K0000) we discussed previously, to which his reply at the time was "we'll take care of it." He's now saying we have to purchase it separately. A quick call to Ed Voyles Parts department confirmed it is standard with the car AND provided the part number. After too many chances to redeem themselves, I'm officially done. No one should be treated this way, and it sets the tone for service expectations in the future. More
