Great Experience with the Service Center Team A+++ I took my car into the service center of Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to have a diagnostic run. I chose this dealership, which is an hour from my home, I took my car into the service center of Jim Ellis Kia of Kennesaw to have a diagnostic run. I chose this dealership, which is an hour from my home, because of the poor reviews I read on the dealerships closest to me. From my initial contact, by phone, with the service center, I was greeted by Camille Williams. She was so nice, friendly and professional. I knew right away that I could trust this place before I even went out there. I had been experiencing an ongoing problem with my doors failing to lock! The service team went the extra mile to identify the problem, even when the initial diagnostic did not reveal the issue. They ended up having to keep my car overnight, but discovered that my fuse box was dead and needed replacing. I also had other issues going on that needed immediate attention. They made the recommendations and I got the needed work done. The repair was costly (over $1200) and I let Camille know that I would possibly have to come back because I did not have the money for such a costly, unexpected expense. She thankfully informed me about a financing option called "Sunbit" that SAVED MY LIFE". Easy approval process and flexible payment options. If she didn't tell me about it, I would still be scraping to get the money together. She really made my whole experience comfortable and stress free! When I returned to get my car, I worked with Jason Dale who was very friendly, explained to me all of my paperwork and got my payment processed through Sunbit. Again, my overall experience was only unfortunate due to the cost, but delightful due to the awesome way I was handled as a customer. I will be literally driving the extra mile to have my car serviced here in the future. Thank you all! More
Service is done well, but takes forever I have purchased two cars from here, and always have both serviced here. I have found in my last 3 visits that when they tell my it will take 1.5 to I have purchased two cars from here, and always have both serviced here. I have found in my last 3 visits that when they tell my it will take 1.5 to 2 hours, it takes more than 3.5 hours. I have now learned that I should drop off my car and not wait for it to be completed. On my last trip my service provider, Camille Williams, was very helpful and I hope to avoid these issues in the future. As far as my Cadenza I LOVE it - it's much nicer than my Mercedes E350. The only problem I have is that on longer trips I have found that the check engine light goes on. Service always checks it and says there is no issue, but not sure why that keeps happening. More

No consistency, will wait for hours. We bought our car in April and was told we had free a service package for a year (oil changes/tire rotations). When we went for the first service the guy in the service department said it didn't show where we had a service package and I would have to pay. Thankfully I wrote this information on the Sales Managers business card when we purchased, and he was in the office that day and said he would make notes on the account and have this taken care of. The second oil change comes around and I called and made an appointment and they were not showing a service packagae. I asked to speak to the service manager, whom was now Chris Ford and he informed me that the Sales Manager I had dealt with was no longer employed there but he would make sure I got taken care of. I get to my appointment (which they said they didn't see even though I had the confirmation text and email) and once again not showing Service Package. Service Manager took care of the bill, but we were there for almost 3 hours. Third oil change (most recent) I called and made an appointment and verified time and told her of the issues previously and she said she for sure had me on the calendar. I get there for my appointment and it was on the calendar but was told it was still a 2-3 hour wait. Also no record of service package. I went thru all of this AGAIN for the THIRD time with the man and he said he was to busy to talk with Chris but would take care of it. WORD OF THE WISE- DOWNLOAD A PHONE RECORDER AND RECORD EVERY PHONE CALL TO HAVE PROOF!!!!! That's been my only saving grace. The employees are so nice and do try to help but if it weren't for the "free" oil changes and tire rotations I can assure you I would not waste my time, nor the fact that I drive 45 minutes just to get to the dealership. More
