Commissions are credited to the wrong sales people and the manager steals bonuses from his employees, who worked eighty hours a week to feed his family, just to fatten his own wallet. Do your research- check BBB and other reviews online. The bad outweigh the good. Be skeptical of the good- commonly posted by people serving their own interests. Keep driving and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else!!! More

First let me say, we feel good about the price we ended up getting. We do NOT feel at all good about what it took to get to that price. The two salesmen we dealt with were so dishonest about almost everything they talked to us about. Some of the things they lied about actually had nothing to do with selling us a car! The tactics they use there are very misleading, like the bait and switch games of the past. We have had our car less than a week, and feel great about everything other than the fact that we purchased it from Cobb Kia! We did have one positive experience there. Our finance guy was very straightforward and knowledgeable. Bottom line, be very careful if you choose this dealership, and know there's a good chance you'll come away feeling pretty lousy about the experience. More

Went to inquire into purchase of 2013 Kia soul. I had already spoken with a salesman and was pre approved for financing. I had explained to the salesman what I could afford and what I couldn't afford and already spoken with a salesman and was pre approved for financing. I had explained to the salesman what I could afford and what I couldn't afford and exactly what I wanted. Upon arrival I was greeted my Morris who was very sweet and knowledgeable. As was Eric Martin, whom we also dealt with. I will say these were some of the nicest men I have ever dealt with. After test driving two Souls..we went into the dealership to discuss numbers. After five hrs at the dealership total, we agreed on a deal and shook on it. I then waited for nearly a half hr and was told that we could start the paperwork but would need to finish on Monday. I was fine with that. I waited another hr. Then I was told they didn't want to start the paperwork until Monday. They wanted to shop for a better interest rate. So...I take Monday off of work as I live an hr away. I told them I would be there at noon. At 11:30 I got a call saying "it doesn't look good, they want more down at this point." WHAT ABOUT THE DEAL WE SHOOK ON? I just don't see how you have a deal one minutes and then nothing the next. I just didn't feel valued as a customer. I don't feel as if my time was ever taken into consideration. I do sincerely adore Eric and Morris however, I just with the finance managers cared more for the customers...I wouldn't recommend this dealer based on my experience. I stressed over this a great deal from Saturday evening to Monday morning and was so excited about that car. If I would've known there was no deal to begin with I would've moved on and drank 40's all weekend. But instead I reworked my budget and got my hopes up for nothing. NOT COOL. More

Each employee we dealt with was polite, compassionate, and service-oriented. We broke down on I-75 in 100+ heat on a Sunday afternoon. My children were melting, and I feared they were going to get too hot (heat stroke or exhaustion). In desperation, I called the Kia Dealership after seeing their billboard. The manager sent a salesman for us due to the heat. They brought cold water bottles, drove us back to the dealership, and LOANED us a van to take our children to camp. We were passing thru from NC to Rome, GA. So, the motivation was not a sale. They fixed our 2006 Kia. It was a fairly simple thing that disabled the ESC, so everything in the van shut down in the middle of I-75. We thank God for them, and will tell anyone who is interested in a KIA to use Cobb County. More

I live in Kansas City and had been searching for the perfect Sorento for weeks. Finally found it at Cobb County Kia. A few phone calls and the deal was secured. Booked a flight to Atlanta, was picked up perfect Sorento for weeks. Finally found it at Cobb County Kia. A few phone calls and the deal was secured. I drove away with a full tank of gas, all my paperwork, and a good understanding of how everything works on the car. Overall, a wonderful experience...seamless and complete.
