Saw an ad on dealer web site for used car. Called and spoke to salesman Donnie H. and asked what he could sell car for and could we come look at it. Staff was pleasant and helpful as well. The one thing that may be viewed as a negative is that they have two fees that they keep out of the negotiation of price. Many dealers either wave these fees or are much less. It’s something that just needs to be considered when negotiating price. You can still get a good deal here. We would buy another car from them. We would also request Donnie as our salesperson. More

I previously wrote a review just 3 weeks ago. In that time we found out the dealership TOOK ADVANTAGE of our ignorance by charging us 3,000.$ for a 50,000 mile warranty(when I called every kia dealer wit time we found out the dealership TOOK ADVANTAGE of our ignorance by charging us 3,000.$ for a 50,000 mile warranty(when I called every kia dealer within 100 miles). Also the 750. Doc fee. But that doesn't take the cake!!!!! WHAT TAKES THE CAKE IS THE DEALERSHIP CALLED 3WEEKS LATER AND SAID WE NEEDED TO SIGN MORE PAPERS OUR FIRST LOAN FELL THROUGH. AND ALL THEY NEEDED WAS A SIGNATURE..NO OTHER PROBLEMS....WHAT A DECEPTION...WE LIVE AN HOUR AWAY ...I CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO OTHER PROBLEMS AND WE WERE TOLD NO JUST COME IN SIGN PAPERS AND WE ARE DONE. WE ARRIVE AND SIT DOWN AND ARE TOLD THEY NOW NEED $1000. Down Also we have to take and drive our trade in back home and their. suggestion was "just let it go back to the loan company." I guess so its not their credit. Also the car we saw on the internet I called and asked them to put their hands on it ..did they have it..I was told yes after the hour drive down..the car was mysteriously gone!! I do not beleieve we are the first that have been done this way nor. Will we be the last but at least I have told what I believe are their deceptice practices. the loan company". More

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Cobb County Kia. I purchased the exact car I wanted for a great price. On December 22, 2012 I went to Cobb County Kia to purchase a 2013 Kia Sorento for my wife as a Christmas present. I had done my research about the car online, unfortunately I had not done the same on purchase a 2013 Kia Sorento for my wife as a Christmas present. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by a sales associate and shown the car that I had researched online. After a quick test drive we sat down to discuss the price, I was quickly informed that the price that is shown online includes several discounts such as military, Coke employee, recent college graduate, owner of a competitor’s car, ext. and I would not qualify for any of these. After a little more negotiation we settled on a price and started filling out the paperwork. As I was signing the last loan document to finalize the sale the sales associates walked in and told me that there was a problem. The dealership had attached the wrong stock number to the car that I test drove and had provided me a price based on a different car! The car they had priced me for had already been sold to another dealership, they told me that the price would now be $3,000 more! To make it even better they took me out to the car to show me how they made the mistake and told me that they had done this several time before and had even sold the wrong car in the past. I informed them that I was not the one who made the mistake and I would not pay one dollar more than the price that we had agreed on, they then informed me that they could not do that. After all of this my wife and I decided to go to Ed Voyles Kia to take one more look at the Sorento, and I am glad that we did. The service there was AMAZING, no issues with the dealership trying to sell the wrong car or hiking the price up on me at the last second. I would caution anybody thinking of going to Cobb County Kia to read the reviews online, I am not the only one with a story to tell, and go to Ed Voyles. More

I talked to Chris about a week ago on the car lot while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. We talked about 30 minutes and I told him what I would be interested in next for a vehicle. I came in that evening and Chris was very helpful in trying to get us into the payment we were looking for. It wasn't easy, but he fought for us and got us a great deal like he said. He was a very nice guy and will do business with him again. I will be referring people to him. More
