The Jim Ellis dealership was one of 20 dealerships that I reached out to regarding my recent vehicle purchase. Initially there was a rep at the dealership that told us that they wouldn't be able to do the de reached out to regarding my recent vehicle purchase. Initially there was a rep at the dealership that told us that they wouldn't be able to do the deal with us, which was interesting because we'd spoken to this rep in person at the dealership multiple times. Since the rep told us Jim Ellis couldn't do the deal I decided to reach out multiple other dealerships to see if they were willing to do the deal. Eventually a very good deal was emailed from a competing dealer and we reached back out to Jim Ellis to see if they would be willing to beat or match the deal. LeeAnn, the Internet Sales Manager, was delightful and informed us that she would work to see if she could get the deal done. She reached back out about 40 minutes later and the deal was on motion. The entire process, once at the dealership took about 40 minutes and we've been happy ever since. It was by far the best dealership experience we've had up until now. More

Took my car to get serviced and then was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Phil got me a Lyft home while my car was in the shop but never got me a ride back until the next morning. I managed to get a ride to the dealership to pick up some things out of my car that I needed for church service the night of. Luckily for me the car was in the front but I noticed it was not cleaned or vacuumed as that service has been a regular courtesy with my previous experience with the company. Asked the representative who let me into the car is that not a thing anymore, he told me no only the driver’s seat.. It’s the next day, I ask Phil about the car being cleaned and he responds saying that it was cleaned yesterday. Then I informed him that I already saw the car after he left work but before he made sure I could get to my car like he said he would over the phone and never did. His response changed from the car had been cleaned to they never washed it because it could have caused further damage to the molding of fiber that hadn’t been sealed from a previous accident. I said ok that’s fine but you said it was cleaned and it never was so now I requested that the car at least be vacuumed. He said that he was going to get it vacuumed. I give hours to go by since I understand there are other people in the world outside of me that need their car serviced and when I pick up my car and it still was never vacuumed. Entirely new staff, never had these kind of problems in the past. More
