The filter cap was not installed correctly, resulting in a significant oil leak. I had to bring the vehicle back in to have the issue fixed. Needed service for my car. Break problem. Was told to bring my car back in 13 days. To get to get someone to evaluate the problem. Also told that if they had to fix it and orde Break problem. I made that appointment. I can not be without my car for 18 days!! So you are forcing people to go other places to get there Kia serviced. I can’t believe the place I bought my car could treat customers in this way.! I got my car evaluated and repaired at another place that serviced me the day I brought it there. Kia I bought my car from you but I will not bring my car back to you for any problems. You have lost my respect for how you deal with your faithful customers. More
