Appointment with Rachel re: loss of a/c on 2012 Sorento. Rachel had adequate job knowledge regarding my issue, and was able to brief me on needed repairs. Work done in two hours. Replaced a/c discharge hose, and inspected compressor clutch assembly....o.k. Satisfied with final outcome. Further comment: 1. Labor charge of $260 seems excessive for about 2 hours ...@ about $ 130 per hr.....? 2. Charged $ 138 for a/c hose, which is well above $25 retail price 3. A $ 25.92 charge for "supply fee for repair order" not explained Total bill of $434.92 is too high. More
