Service rep was amazing - however, simple oil change and tire rotation took 2 hr and they didn’t even put air in the tires to recommended level - disappointed enough that for 150$ I can go to a NTB, pay 1/3 More

Overall happy with service but will say I had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks and process still took over 1 1/2 hours for simple oil change. More
