Great experience buying from Jim Ellis! I flew from Texas to Georgia to buy the car, so I needed the sales staff to be my eyes to ensure my very, very high expectations were met. No used car is perfect, but I needed a full accounting of any existing cosmetic issues to make a decision. The car was as advertised; no surprises (and nearly flawless). In particular... Somphet was great, by a wide margin the most responsive salesperson I've ever interacted with. Every question, concern, request for information was promptly answered/provided. Additional photos were provided for areas of the car I knew (from past experiences) could be an issue. Their finance team was also awesome. I had last minute issues with my pre-approved loan from a Texas credit-union; they required additional hoops to jump through for a "non-preferred" dealer. With the clock ticking for my already paid for flight, Lee in financing stepped up to secure a loan through Maserati, at essentially the same rate. I highly recommend purchasing from Jim Ellis. Total transparency! More
