Poor customer service I arrived at the dealership at 1:05 for a 1:15 appointment. This was for an oil change and tire rotation. At 3:15 I finally asked the service personne I arrived at the dealership at 1:05 for a 1:15 appointment. This was for an oil change and tire rotation. At 3:15 I finally asked the service personnel how much longer. My car was parked in front of the service doors. No one ever spoke to me or updated me with the status. No apologies were given. My time is very important to me. Needless to say, I won’t be back. More

They kept me updated on my vehicle, what was going on, cracked belts, and why my check engine light came on (oxygen sensor went out), and they were honest with all urgent repairs and what I could wait on, and after being punctual with repair time, I picked up my car to see it had been washed and cleaned.
