Very poor quality I brought my car in for a Scotchgard protectant on both interior and exterior. It looks good at first glance but then again, I picked it up when it wa I brought my car in for a Scotchgard protectant on both interior and exterior. It looks good at first glance but then again, I picked it up when it was getting dark. First of all, as I was driving, it informed me the trunk was not closed. So, I had to pull over and was bit annoyed. Then I started noticing sprays of protectant that wasn't wiped down like my rearview mirror, the plastic in the back, etc. In the morning, I noticed that there were spots that were missed because they didn't bother to remove the cup holders. As I started to examine a bit closer at other spots, there were blotches on parts of the inside roof of the car. I took pictures because I was horrified that the service was night and day compared to the excellent staff at service and sales dept. I don't understand. The service done to my vehicle was so sloppy. I should not have to wipe down those spots with my sweater and bottle of water that Mazda gave me. I usually let a lot of things go but this... I am highly peeved. More

They take good care of their customers. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation because I was due for that. I had recently gotten two nails in two separate tires. They discovered I had a third nail in a third tire, and my tread was pretty low. I bought four new tires at a great price, and was happy they took such good care to see I am safe on the road. They also cleaned my car inside and out before I left. Thank you for that great service! More
Car Damaged during Repair/Dishonest General Manager, Chuck W I purchased a brand new car from this dealership 5 months ago. For my first service, I brought my vehicle back here for its first service. Upon picku I purchased a brand new car from this dealership 5 months ago. For my first service, I brought my vehicle back here for its first service. Upon pickup of my vehicle, I noticed the front end of my car was hit and not one staff member thought to bring this to my attention, There was no empathy shown at the time of discovery. Nonetheless, I emailed the GM, Chuck Wallace. He appeared to be genuine and honest; however, I soon learne was all deception. Chuck offered to buy my vehicle back after the damage- this was a lie. Chuck offered to provide me with a written letter after the damage- this never occurred. Most portsbrjt, Chuck lied about who he took my vehicle to, for the repair.
