Jim Ellis is the worst Dealership ever! !!! We took our car to Jim Ellis to change the High mount brake light. They damaged the radiator , transmission , rear high mount brake light and 3rd !!! We took our car to Jim Ellis to change the High mount brake light. They damaged the radiator , transmission , rear high mount brake light and 3rd row seat headrest. They replaced the radiator ,the high mount brake light , they had to get the head rest repaired because it was no longer available. They refused to replace the transmission that they damaged. They refused to repair our 2012 Mazda CX 9 grand touring with only 90,000 miles which they damaged !!!!!!!! Now we have to buy a new car! After they damaged our car , the svc manager said they don't work on cars that are 11yrs old and over 150,000 ,what !!!!!!! More

My service at Jim Ellis Mazda was exceptional. My advisor Ron always greets with a smile and does a fantastic job of walking through the process- he sets expectations for wait times however it nev My advisor Ron always greets with a smile and does a fantastic job of walking through the process- he sets expectations for wait times however it never takes as long. I also received a video walk through from the technician on the status of my car and he did a great job as well. So far its the best experience Ive had taking my vehicles into dealerships for service- keep up the great work and thank you for having such a great attitude!!! More
