Recall? Not likely. I was told that I had a recall. When I dropped off the car I experienced personal service. An hour later I was called and had a long list of repairs. I was told that my car would be available in a few hours. The problem was originally I was told my recall would be a few days to address. I feel like I was not helped. I will think twice next time I look to service my vehicle at Jim Ellis. More
