I made an appointment to have my car serviced, and I waited around three hours for it to be completed. I believe people that take the time to make service appointments should receive some kind of priori waited around three hours for it to be completed. They had some more service suggestions regarding my car, but I had already been there for around three hours and had to ask if I could wait to have those done the next time I take it in.
