I was a little frustrated that it took 5 hours to purchase the car that I had already picked out and was told I would be in and out quickly. There was also an issue with connecting my phone to the an purchase the car that I had already picked out and was told I would be in and out quickly. There was also an issue with connecting my phone to the android auto which was part of the reason it took so long. I ended up having to figure it out the next day at home. More

I can’t say enough about the service at Jim Ellis Toyota. Malcolm greeted us shortly after being on the lot as he drove up to come into work. He was very considerate and asking to make sure that we weren’t working with anybody else. Once we told him what we wanted, he got the ball rolling. He explain the whole process to a step-by-step so that we would know exactly what to expect. We are now proud owners of a 2023 Toyota Corolla. Thank you Malcolm!!! More
