Good service. I was met a young lady who wrote my service order up for Ramond and this expedited the process and got the service started. Ramond kep me informed. No Response from service Purchased 2019 Sienna in May of 2019. had vehicle in on September 13th at 8am for 5000 mile check and other issues with Toyota Connect but was told th Purchased 2019 Sienna in May of 2019. had vehicle in on September 13th at 8am for 5000 mile check and other issues with Toyota Connect but was told they would schedule the following Monday or Tuesday a call to bring vehicle in. No call was received and I called later in week and left message. As yet have not heard anything. Issue was the SOS, speaker not working and phone had issues. Finally called FIVE STAR in Milledgeville, took vehicle in and had to keep it 48 hours, but issues are working fine after Toyota had to replace some parts. Had great customer service experience and my van is working the way it should. More
