Great experience! I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis V I don't really like dealerships, and I'm not a real fan of writing reviews either. But I am really satisfied with the service I get at the Jim Ellis VW. I never get the feeling I'm being pushed into a sale. I get text updates at each stage of repair. They have work stations with free wi-fi. They have donuts and coffee and TV in the waiting room. Everything here feels different than other dealers and makes the wait, the expense, and the trouble a little better. So here's a shout out for good service, good amenities, and nice experience.
