My wife wanted a new vehicle and the Atlas was at the top of her list. Andrew spent as much time as she needed to talk through her must haves and wants for options so he knew exactly what she was looking fo of her list. We had originally picked out a specific Atlas in inventory that happened to be sold the evening just prior. Due to additional detailing needed to be done on THAT Atlas the customer was given a loaner Atlas, which happened to be the identical twin of the vehicle we had originally chosen. We test drove a similar vehicle and decided to purchase the current vehicle on loan. Andrew arranged to retrieve our purchased Atlas (the loaner) and provide that current customer a new loaner within 48hrs despite that customer being over 2 hours away. We received a video link with a walk around detailing our Atlas after arriving at Jim Ellis. I figured it was just a standard "check in" video dealers might put on their site in a listing but I happened to notice Andrew had personally taken the video (which was given away by the Centaur tattoo we had just discussed earlier which I saw when he was lowering the third row to show functionality). Nowadays when ANYONE in the sales/customer service industry shows genuine interest and care in a customer's purchase and well being I find that to be a rare trait and a more than welcomed one. Andrew did this for our purchase and in doing so made a loyal customer at the same time. When purchasing our next Volkswagen, as long as hes still available, I am sure we will be chatting again about the new models. Thanks Andrew for a great experience that showed anyone fearful of the "used car salesman" experience and all the clichés that go with it has clearly never worked with Andrew. He made buying a vehicle simple and pleasant......two descriptions that usually don't get included in a car buying experience. More

Searched high and low for a decent used car after ours was totaled in an accident. Found a nice VW Tiguan online and reached out to get more details on it.
