We had every intention on leasing a new vehicle with this dealership. Our second one. there However, the process was beyond difficult and a total waste of my valuable time. Total lack of communication betwee dealership. Our second one. there However, the process was beyond difficult and a total waste of my valuable time. Total lack of communication between the three sales people. I had a confirmed date to pick up the new vehicle which required planning since I was coming from a far distance on a work day. Never heard back to confirm. We decided to return to our local BMW dealer where we bought/leased seven prior vehicles. We’ll never return to Jim Falk or buy a Lexus ever again. Also, I wrote to the GM there through their website but never heard back. Amateurs. More
