II think Elli was very pleasant but like all car dealerships I was somewhat mislead. I made it clear that I wanted front vision. At first, I was told that the NX 250 didn't have it, but it would s dealerships I was somewhat mislead. I made it clear that I wanted front vision. At first, I was told that the NX 250 didn't have it, but it would stop at walls, etc., I was fighting for price, and I was promised a by AZ lower monthly. Conveniently when I came back on Sunday, I was given a lower price. But only $10. At point, after the two or three hours all this took, I was worn out and went with the deal. I didn't like the fact that it was only $10 but I could have lived with that. However, when brought the car home and ran into the inside wall of the garage I wasn't happy. I took out the books and discovered that there was a panoramic view feature. I called Elli and she now told me that it would be more money. I would have liked the opportunity to say no. I know I am locked in for 3 years. But be assured this is the last dealing I have with Falk Lexus. My neighbor, who helped with matching the garage door opener with the car, was interested in the same car as mine. Elli gave him her card and at that time I told him to call. Since my disappointment, I warned him to be careful when dealing with Lexus. More
