Salesperson Pierre was fantastic! Good deal! Only reason for not providing 5 stars was due to some people were without masks inside the dealership. Second key to the vehicle could not be found. Really unfortunate experience. It took hours to return a lease and the sales rep was extremely high pressure and made deceptive claims. Kept confusing net with gross payments, was untrustworthy. Every time I walked away he lowered the price by $1000! He kept saying he couldn’t lower the price and then he did. I had used this dealership before because of their low pressure style. Never again! I also won’t recommend them if anyone ever asks. By far the worst car buying experience I have had in 30+ years of buying cars. More
This dealership keep saying that they are really aggressive and will bid any deals. They just keep on asking customers drop by and never give out any offers (they said because the price is too aggre aggressive and will bid any deals. I ask them to quote me the best price they can do with one of their inventory, they ignore to talk about the selling price instead keep saying I have to come down to get the quote. I told them I don’t want to waste time to get down and they can’t match or bid other dealer offers, then I forwarded an offer with 0% promotion financing or 2500 rebate cash buying from other dealer to ask them they can bid it or not. They told me they definitely can bid that, and do the same thing again ignore talking how they can bid or offer. I spend more than 30minutes back and forth messages with them, finally they said can offer 500 off of the offer I send, finally sounds like made a deal. So, I try to clear up the deal with typing the agreed selling price + tax + fee in message to confirm and finalize the deal. Next day, they leave me a message that I am playing a game, saying the price they offer is after rebate with 4.99% financing, end up away higher than other dealers. The worst part are they are not only can’t match other dealers offer as they promised, waste customers time and turn around saying customers playing games which I really don’t understand why they are so mean. I provided the offer I got and try to straight & clear the offer to confirm the deal in writing. In fact, they are the one playing game, only want customers come down and not offering a good deal. Beware this dealer, Worst salesperson won’t keep promised deal, also ignore my request to provide written confirmation. Before I drop by, I write the agreed price information to confirm the deal. Ethan instead of discuss the deal again, he get mad at me said I am playing around and not a serious buyer?? If I am not serious how come I waste time to deal with him and straighten the confirmed deal. More

Joe in service department is doing a great job to resolving my issue .I feel the upholstery shop should treat Jim Falk Lexus as a 5 star dealership as they deserve they should not provide substandard work to Jim Falk Lexus .You really got a black-eye on this one.
