Good service Hannah was very helpful with checking in my truck and attentive to my questions and other service needs. I had a warranty issue which she explained they dont typically perform on weekends but she was able to order the parts I needed for my vehicle and said that they would contact me once the parts had arrived. Service was performed quickly and I had my truck back in short time. My only minor concern was that Hannah was the only counter agent there to check customers in and out which made for a bit of an unneccessary wait since I did have an appointment. Unacceptable I had an appointment for a factory recall and was told twice (after asking how long the appointment would take, so I could plan my day) that it would I had an appointment for a factory recall and was told twice (after asking how long the appointment would take, so I could plan my day) that it would only take 30 minutes to 1 hour max. I was told this by 2 different people. Based on this information I decided against having a loaner, also, I live in Kihei, so no need to use the shuttle service. I was there from 8:45am to 12:15pm. This is completely unacceptable. If I had been told it would take that long I would have taken the loaner. I have a family and work 6 days a week, this took away from my family time and was completely unprofessional. This is the third time it has happened at this location. The people checking me in were nice and they ended up giving me a free car detail, but I have to schedule that at some point, and it doesn't take away the fact that I was told 1 hour max and then there for over 3 hours. Get it together! More
